Overview

Welcome to Greater Heights Coaching & Consulting (“Company,” “we,” “our”). By accessing this website or engaging in our coaching services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These terms are designed to create clarity, trust, and a strong coaching partnership.

Nature of Coaching Services

Greater Heights Coaching & Consulting provides executive leadership coaching focused on performance under pressure, clarity in decision-making, and sustainable leadership practices.

Our work includes tools such as the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment, reflection exercises, and structured coaching conversations.

Coaching is:

  • Forward-focused and growth-oriented 

  • A partnership designed to unlock your own insights and actions 

Coaching is not:

  • Therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment 

  • Medical, legal, or financial advice 

Client Responsibility

You understand and agree that:

  • You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results 

  • Coaching outcomes depend on your engagement, honesty, and follow-through 

  • The most meaningful results come from applying insights between sessions 

Coaching Engagement Structure (ELI-Based Programs)

Most coaching engagements include:

  • Completion of the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment 

  • A 90-minute debrief and kickoff session 

  • Ongoing 1:1 coaching sessions (bi-weekly or as agreed) 

  • Between-session reflection and application 

By enrolling, you agree to actively participate in this process.

Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Sessions are scheduled in advance via our scheduling platform 

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule 

  • Missed or late-canceled sessions may be forfeited 

We respect your time and ask for the same in return.

Payment & Refund Policy

  • Coaching services are paid in full or via agreed payment plans 

  • Payments are non-refundable, as your time and space are reserved 

  • Exceptions may be made at our discretion and must be documented in writing 

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is foundational to our work.

  • All coaching conversations and shared information will remain confidential 

  • Information will not be shared without your consent 

Exceptions (required by law):

  • Risk of harm to yourself or others 

  • Legal obligations (court order, subpoena) 

Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and tools provided—including ELI-based insights, exercises, and proprietary coaching content—are the intellectual property of Greater Heights Coaching & Consulting.

They may not be:

  • Copied, distributed, or shared externally 

  • Used for commercial purposes without written permission 

Limitation of Liability

You agree that Greater Heights Coaching & Consulting is not liable for:

  • Decisions or actions you take based on coaching 

  • Business, personal, or financial outcomes 

  • Indirect or consequential damages 

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to end a coaching relationship if:

  • The engagement is no longer productive or aligned 

  • There is inappropriate or disrespectful behavior 

  • These terms are violated 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

Updates

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance.
